Étoile is an organic silhouette performing on the urban stage in the town of Jesolo Lido, Italy.
With seven residential levels lifted up from the base, the building is shaped to maximize panoramic views toward the horizon.
Eighteen private units, shaped by deep, sculpted terraces, frame the ever-changing seascape.
The soft, sinuous lines of the public piazza flow naturally into the project geometry.
The architecture claims a distinctive identity while engaging the context, connecting the city vibrant pulse with the serenity of the seascape.
Pure volumes and fluid lines opening luminous spaces toward the horizon
A tactile, solid podium anchors the building, respecting the scale of its surroundings. Above, the residential volume steps back from the public space, opening cantilevered terraces toward the sea while maintaining intimate, private interiors.
Light-filled residences are conceived as a seamless indoor-outdoor continuum.
Every residence features selected premium materials and tailored interior details, where texture and colors flow into architecture.
A sculptural staircase connects the boutique to the public square, creating a new focal point in the life of the city. Horizontal overhangs, loggias, and planters filter sunlight while preserving transparency and visual continuity. At the base, on the north side, two levels of private parking are integrated behind an architectural façade.
From the lounge area to the sundeck, time slows down. Outdoors, the 20-meter infinity pool offers a unique experience, designed to be enjoyed at center stage. Indoors, the wellness area creates a refined oasis of well-being, designed for an exclusive daily ritual.
